Revision Policy
Each package includes a specific number of revisions as outlined in the package details. If the package does not specify a revision limit, you will receive up to three revisions by default. We also offer unlimited free revisions as long as the core concept remains unchanged. Additional revisions beyond the included limit may incur extra charges. (Fair usage policy applies)
Refund & Money-Back Guarantee
Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions:
- Before Initial Concept Delivery: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
- With in 48 Hours of Initial Delivery: 50% refund (minus 10% fee).
- With in 48–120 Hours 33% refund (minus 10% fee).
- After 120 Hours or Final File Delivery No refunds will be issued.
- Refunds are void once design concepts are approved or revisions are requested.
Refunds do not apply to services like hosting, SSL, SEO, content writing, social media, or once video storyboard design has begun. Design orders inactive for over 10 days may incur a reactivation fee. Projects with no client response for 5+ days may be suspended.

Once a refund is issued, all design rights transfer to Logo Designer Studio, and you may no longer use the provided work.

Delivery & Timelines
All digital design files are delivered via email with in 5–7 business days, while stationery items are shipped with in 10–15 business days. In case of any issues with the stationery, we will promptly provide an exchange to ensure your satisfaction.
Record Maintenance
We maintain design archives for future retrieval upon request.

Unique Design Guarantee
All logos are created from scratch to ensure originality and alignment with your brand identity. Any resemblance to existing designs is coincidental, and Logo Designer Studio is not liable for such occurrences.
Third-Party Tools & Plugins
We assist with basic third-party integrations but are not responsible for third-party vendor issues. Additional work beyond standard integration may require a separate agreement.
